Firstly, although we're a full service agency and carry out all the work most bigger agencies do, there are fewer people here full-time. To save our clients money we hire specialists (in things like media or sales planning, back-end web programming or radio production) only when you need them.

The other key differentiator between us and more expensive ad agencies is that we ask for half of the agreed price of your work when you commission us. Quite simply, we can't charge low prices and then wait months to be paid. We have families to feed (and violins to play).

On the plus side, we accept debit or credit card payments. You can settle by cheque too, but you'll have to wait until it clears before we can pick up a pen or release your work to you. And rather than waiting for invoices to be settled for work we've completed, we ask you pay the full balance as soon as it's done before we'll release it on your unsuspecting public.

Here's the bit that is conventional, though. Like other agencies, we retain copyright over all the work we produce except logos, which will be yours to use as and when you wish. You can, however, opt to buy copyright from us at a negotiated price.

Oh, and one more thing. We bet you'll want your work delivered yesterday. Some unwritten law seems to dictate that advertising activities always get left to the last minute. The bottom line? While we're unfazed by tight deadlines we much prefer loose ones. And miracles may cost you a little more than routine wonders.
