it couldn't be simpler
Decided which ‘visibility’ products you want and which design you prefer? Fantastic – you’re ready to roll. So here's what you have to do:
1. Firstly, collate all the stuff you want included – all pics and logos must be sent to us at the same time as your order or we get horribly confused. So check that you have the following in electronic format (high res 300 dpi for print or low res 72 dpi or above for websites):-
- Your company logo and any other logos wanted
- The right number of images for your chosen product/s and design/s (though we can work with fewer by enlarging the ones you have or adding more copy)

2. Make your selections below, then fire them off to us and await an email by return, confirming receipt of your order.
3. Within a couple of working days once we've checked that your image files are okay, we'll call you to discuss any extras you may want and take payment by card. Then we’ll email you an order number and our Briefing Questionnaire, which you’ll fill in enthusiastically before sending it back to us. This asks you all about your business, marketing aims and preferences, and we'll also want to know:
- any specific colours you want - we'd like Pantone or CMYK references for print (we'll convert the former to CMYK colours for you unless you say you want to pay extra for Pantone processing); and RGB references for web. Don't worry, we're equally happy if you say something like 'mint green' or 'post box red'!
- details of any particular fonts you require - if you don't specify any we'll use the ones shown in the sample visuals.
4. Order process completed, you can sit back and concentrate on your business while our designers and copywriters to work their magic and send your eproof a week or so later.
5. You'll need to make any amendments within two weeks of receipt or they become chargeable at our hourly rate. If there are no changes and you sign it off first time we'll sent it to print without delay, and you'll have your stuff some 7-14 days later. A website is quicker to launch, of course. Either way, if you hang on to your artwork before making changes it'll delay things a bit, as it'll take us a few days to implement them each time and send you the new revised versions. So if you want it fast, act fast!
