Let’s get something straight. This isn’t some scammy do-it-yourself deal whereby you download bizarre and bewildering software that can’t be mastered without a week’s tutorial. Yes, our ‘visibility’ designs are affordable and adaptable. But it’s not you who’ll be adapting them and sending them off to print: it’s us.
Step by step, it works like this:
a. You click into 'view designs' to look at our unique ‘visibility’ range and decide which product/s you want, from business cards to a leaflet or mini-brochure.
b. Choose your favourite style from our design families – this could take some time as they’re all rather gorgeous. Worried that the finished article might look like another company’s? Fear not. Once we’ve adapted the colours, fonts, images, headlines and text your artwork will be as individual as your company.
c. Note the relevant codes, make an order and, as directed, send us your logo, pics, and colour and font choices. Don’t have perfect images? Then ask us to search for photographs or illustrations for a small fee. We’ll happily accommodate other special requests too, though of course they may be chargeable.
d. We'll email you straight back to confirm receipt of your order, then call you (Monday to Friday only), usually within 48 hours, to discuss any special requests and take payment over the phone (please note that all quoted prices on this site are subject to VAT).
e. You’ll be emailed an order number and a detailed but simple Briefing Questionnaire, which your assigned copywriter will use to devise headlines and text while a designer tailors your artwork. Return it as soon as possible so we can get cracking!
f. Wait in delicious suspense for a week or so while we create a minor masterpiece. Want it yesterday? We can do it, but it costs double as we'll have to reschedule our schedule.
g. Once your eproof pings into your inbox look really, really carefully at it and sign off your artwork when you’re happy for it to go into production. Only then will we send it to print and/or launch your new website for you. In addition to time spent on artwork and copy, each package includes a free extra hour to cover implementing one set of amendments as well as any emails and phone calls in connection with each package – further amendments because you change your mind about a sentence or pic will incur a minimum half-hour production fee.
h. If your order is for printwork you can collect your parcel from us when we let you know it’s ready or – if you’re further away – await the postman with glee and anticipation.
i. You show off your sexy new marketing collateral to all and sundry and gloat to your colleagues or finance director about how much it didn’t cost. Hey presto....
